I have been going to this surgery since my surgery closed and merged to become Hall Green Health. I trust this surgery and am committed to the surgery since it opened.

Getting an appointment with my preferred Doctor is really important to me and my family. I have had no issues getting an appointment that suites me and my family in terms of Doctor, Date and Time.

I always try to see the same doctor for routine appointments and reviews for several years. I find this very important to me as it allows me to speak to the Doctor open and honestly. I am less anxious and have faith in the Doctor. The Doctor always listens to my concerns and finds the right medicine to suit my needs and existing medications.

My family all go to see the same Doctor. It is important to my mum to see a routine doctor as she is a very anxious and nervous person. My mum feels more comfortable speaking openly to the Doctor. He has seen her for years and is aware of her existing medical needs. She feels relaxed and is happy speaking openly with the Doctor as she has known him for many years and trusts he will give the appropriate treatment. My mum is very committed to the same Doctor and this is very important to her that she gets on with the doctor and speaks pleasantly to her.

My Brother also sees the same Doctor as me and my mum. It is important to him as he is dedicated to the same routine Doctor who listens without judgement to my brother’s needs. He provides the correct advice and treatment to suit his existing medical history. When he see’s the Doctor he doesn’t need to waste precious Doctor’s time repeating his existing health issues and can just talk to the Doctor about his current health situation.

My family is fully devoted and faithful to Hall Green Health since it opened. We have had no concerns getting a Doctors’s or Nurses appointment. The staff are polite and helpful on the phone and in the Doctors surgery. I recommend this surgery and have had no issues with it.
