(as the patient),

I had arthroplasty on my left knee two weeks ago .

The care and support I received has been excellent from the initial appointments at the orthopaedic clinics,the joint school experience which outlined the operation pre and post op care and what I could expect regarding physiotherapy and pain control.

The standard of care from everyone on the staff team in theatre and in the ward was excellent .The standard of cleanliness was also excellent as was the choice and quality of the food . Despite being busy and facing many challenges the staff made time to meet all my needs with kindness and a smile.
