"Palliative care in AEU3"

About: Torbay Hospital

My husband was admitted to AandE early on 26th September 2018 after a cardiac arrest. He was treated with the utmost respect while there as were we, his family. The staff kept us informed and explained what options were available for him.

He was later transferred to AEU3 where he was cared for until October 1st when he died. At all times he was treated with respect and dignity by the palliative care teams and staff who also did their best to support the family.
