"Amazing"

I made a panic telephone call to this surgery regarding my daughter who transferred to this surgery in September.

She is now a student at Exeter uni and living 240 miles from home.

My daughter had already told me what a lovely practice it is.

Our situation is slightly tricky as you can only be registered at one GP surgery .

I’d Had conversations with our own practice about my daughter being able to access on going care but they failed on all levels. They had no compassion or solutions on how my daughter was going to access treatment she may need.

Heavitree practice have so far been fantastic.

I had a conversation with a gentleman who answered the phone.

He was compassionate, knowledgeable and put our needs first.

He was able to answer all my questions and help make a plan .

So far this lovely gentleman has carried out what he said he would do .

I feel reassured that while my daughter is a long way from home, she is able to access the services she needs .

I really hope this level of service continues and can’t thank this practise enough for the service so far.
