"Car parking"

The new car parking is a joke. We have visited a seriously ill friend three times this week, and each time we have had to queue for a minimum of 15 minutes - maximum 35 minutes to pay our car parking fee. There is no shelter and no decent lighting by the ONE machine by the main entrance.
Whoever thought this new system would be an improvement needs to have a rethink.

We are so sorry and acknowledge there have been real difficulties in the implementation of our new systems. Please be assured that we have taken on board the feedback and have been working hard to fix the issues. I hope in time you will see the changes in place.
