"Very poor reception service"

I called two conservative days to book appointment and the receptionist has rudely refused to discuss the situation I had about my 2 and half years son. I mentioned her that 111 service supposed to call the GP and recommend to left an appointment for him. The receptionist didn’t even bother to take his details to check and hanged the line straight way said no appointment left. It’s understandable that all appointment cold be booked within 15 mins of the opening of the GP in the morning but there was no harm to check by taking his details to see if any advance book was done for him or not through 111.
