"Car Parking"

My wife returned home this afternoon having received excellent treatment, but upset at having to queue for 20 minutes to pay for car parking. Why oh why install such a complicated system ? Many people trying to pay will be unfamiliar with modern technology and often anxious or upset , come on management get a grip
