"Accident and emergency visit"

I visited the A&E department at 0120 am on the 12.12.18.

I was in miserable pain actually kneeling on the floor to try and get comfertable, a passing nurse passing on another errand asked if he could assist and went to sort a trolley out.

I was dealt with promptly whilst my wife booked me in with the receptionist who was very helpful.

I was taken into a treatment area where the staff were superb assessing me and getting me assessed and given pain relief.

The doctor and nurses went above and beyond to assist me. I never felt abandoned and every decision was passed by myself they were superb.

I’m a operational manager and can say the team work was excellent.

I was transferred to another hospital and I’m now on the mend.

But I felt compelled to notify you of your excellent staff, thank you, and please thank the team. Kevin Shaw.
