"A&E Visit"

I am writing to commend King Mill Hospital on the wonderful service they have provided to us on a recent visit to the A&E Department.

The entire experience was faultless from beginning to end.

Staff in all departments (A&E reception, A&E Triage and X-Ray) were professional and very courteous.

Our waiting time was minimal and the transfer to each department was seamless.

Thank you to all staff involved in our care.

N.B. Special thanks to the Triage Nurse in A&E on that day. He set a wonderful example to your hospital.
