About: Springfield University Hospital (London)

I have been on both Lotus Assessment Suite and Ward 3 - both pleasant experiences. Lotus the staff are all lovely and make you feel very at home. Ward 3 - I was very lucky that I made a lot of friends in the other patients, and also found that the majority of staff were lovely too.... can’t say I was too impressed with the consultant or the vice-consultant... rude and judgemental... considering they work in this profession I think they should educate themselves more on being understanding! Apart from that can’t fault this hospital
