I want to say thank you to the OPD receptionist, you know who you are, who went above and beyond to help get my husband’s referral processed this past week.
Thank you to the NHS lead and his team, that she liaised with and to the Admissions ladies, who all worked together to sort an outcome for him.
We are extremely grateful and very appreciative of this excellent, caring, customer service. I will be writing in to name each of the above to the
Operations Manager on a job very well done and to the ED.
Our healthcare services are under immense pressure, as are the employees who try so hard to deliver it. But what the above experience demonstrates is, that when the ‘person in front of you’ is focused on, is listened to and heard, that patient comes away feeling valued, whether or not their actual issue gets resolved in the immediate.
My husband in so much pain and still is, couldn’t praise all of the above enough and neither can I.
His treatment is ongoing but we are very happy we chose BMI through ERS.
