"A Big Thank You To My Son's..."

About: Colchester General Hospital

I would like to thank my son's consultant for being a very kind and understanding Dr who treated my 12 year old son like he was an adult and spoke directly to him.

I also felt at ease with him and very comfortable to ask questions and wasn't made to feel uncomfortable, as unfortunately, some Drs/Nurses can make you feel like that.

The receptionists in the Paediatric Ward were also very pleasant and helpful.

I would like to name the Dr, but I don't think that is allowed, but my son's last and final visit with you was on 23rd October 2018.

I would also like to say that we were always seen on time.

Thank you to the Consultant and to Colchester Hospital.
