What I liked

I've been there twice as my grandma broke her hand in 3 places. First visit in January was very good. Quick service, didnt have to wait for my appointment to see the consultant or to have xray done. Best service in this hospital. Nurse putting a cast on my grandma's hand was very sweet and gentle.

What could be improved

Receptionists were not very friendly. I would like doctors taking more time to explain things and be involved more in any decisions making. Would be good to see the same doctor each time.

Anything else?

I'm not impressed with the second consultant who sent my grandma home without checking her hand,(after 5 weeks in cast, where prevoius doctor said it should be at least 6 weeks) he did not ask to do x-ray and didn't even look at my grandma's hand.
