Again, I find myself calling today (11/12/18) to make an appointment to follow up on a visit I had to A&E in July this year as no hospital appointments have been made as promised, only to be told there were no appointments until after the new year!!

Why do you only have part time doctors working at your surgery??

If the doctors were full time there would be more appointments available.

I need an update to find out why I have not heard about a outpatients appointment after my A&E visit, I am worried with what the hospital think the diagnosis is, but I cannot make an appointment with my GP.

This is ridiculous and disgraceful.

I work 15 miles away from my home address, I cannot just get up and leave in the middle of the day and then return to work after, the only option is to take leave, but I don't get paid when I have time off from work.

So who will pay me for a days loss of earnings simply because I cannot get an early or late appointment?

I have attended this surgery for 50 years and I am disgusted at how bad it has got.

No care anymore.

Please call the admin team on our usual number but select option 2 they can chase your appointment for you, there is no need for you to see a GP to chase a hospital appointment.
