(as a relative),

My husband attended the endoscopy Unit under the care of Mr Kasem who was extremely nice.

From reception staff to admission staff to endoscopy room staff and recovery staff everyone was friendly, happy ,professional and knowledgeable.

They treated him with the upmost respect and dignity and were very caring and compassionate.

The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. The Unit is run exceptionally well and is spotless.

The team were fantastic and are a credit to NHSL
