"Absolutely Brilliant"

I have been registered with the practice for over 12 years and have never had any issues. The care that I’ve been given has been extraordinary, from all staff.

One particular doctor looks after me currently and he has gone above and beyond many times. But so have so many of the staff members I’ve been lucky enough to have look after me.

It’s just the little things that make the difference, all the nurses, hcas’ and receptionists have treated me like a patient and not just a number, considering there are so many patients registered here I think that’s exemplary.

They really make sure they can do all they can for you, whether it’s seeing the nurse if all the same day appts have gone, fitting you in to see the on call dr for the same reason. I’ve even been able to use the sick bay when it was out of term time and wasn’t open.

I honestly have no bad words to say about Leeds Student Medical Practice, they’re just the best and the quality of care is exceptional.
