"GPs and PN wonderful, reception rude and..."

Can't fault the GPs and Practice Nurse, always helpful and supportive with treatment and recommendations. However, the people at reception are consistently unhelpful and each person you speak to tells you something different. I have previously been told I can fill in a form and have a prescription sent to the pharmacy to be told 6 months later that this isn't the case and I must have been mistaken because I need to see a GP. They are often rude and unhelpful when I call to make an appointment and it seems they just want to get you off the phone quickly.
