"Rude Staff!!"

About: Prospect Park Hospital

Visited my mum due to her mental illness, the staff are so rude and unhelpful to their patients and visitors! I’m asking questions that they don’t know the answers to (which in my opinion and my profession (I am a support worker in a private sector) should know the answers to!) Also trying to diagnose my mum of Aspergers which I know she has not got, her behaviours are due to other mental illnesses! I witness staff are unmotivated and don’t interact with patients. By the looks of the reviews it seems to be a reoccurring issue which doesn’t get resolved even if you do get in contact with the individual personally!
