"Call back from Staff"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I had an appointment a few weeks ago where I was supposed to see a consultant however, ended up seeing a Doctor instead. He was kind and helpful, unlike the previous consultant I saw. This Doctor prescribed me with a particular nasal spray on a repeat prescription and I collected it from the pharmacist however, didn't check to see if there was a repeat prescription.

For the last 2 weeks, I have been calling the hospital to either get the Doctor to call me back or to speak to his secretary. I have had rude receptionists who don't let me finish talking before putting the call through to the wrong area or they've put the phone down.

I was finally given the Consultant's (who I was supposed to see) secretary's phone number to call however, have left voicemails and haven't received a call back.

Please tell me how I can go about getting a repeat prescription? I am about to run out and cannot breathe properly without it.
