(as the patient),

I wish to convey my extreme gratitude to the members of the radiography departments of Nuclear Medicine and MRI who looked after me when I received my scans re prostrate cancer investigation.

I did not look upon either scan with enjoyment and was particularly concerned re the MRI as I had a previous unpleasant experience some years ago.

The staff in both departments were obviously incredibly skilled not only in their own field but also in customer service. I was attended to with care and compassion making me feel relaxed and comfortable with both procedures.

It is only to easy to complain particularly in this day and age but hardly ever do we praise.

Would you be kind enough to pass onto both departments my thanks for the kindness and courtesy I received. I apologise I do not have the relevant names but I am sure the ladies concerned will be aware who they are.
