I visited the laurel suite this morning 3rd of December for blood tests for my condition myeloma. The staff were efficient as usual and polite, later I returned and met my consultant who discussed my case and put my mind at rest. Her smile and happy disposition would put any patient at ease, to sum my day at stepping Hill a long day but worthwhile.
