I have been with this surgery for over 25 years and the service has gone down hill over the years.

It takes ages to get through on the phone and appointments are so far in advance it's not worth booking.

There is no follow up care from the Doctors whatsover and have gone to see a private Doctor at BMI in Windsor instead on the last 3 occasions where the standard and quality of care is much better.

Actively looking to find another surgery in Maidenhead!

My name is Jane Taylor, I am the new Practice Manager at Redwood House Surgery. I joined the surgery in March 2019.

Since joining the practice we have recruited Dr S Major as a salaried GP, reduced our use of Locums and made improvements to our services.

We are a NHS GP Surgery and sometimes accessing private GP/ referral services will be a quicker for patients.

We still have some further work to do to make the practice as good as we would like it to be. However, we are working as hard as we can and continue to recruit clinical and admin staff and make changes to the ways in which we work to improve our patient services.
