Ive been a patient at this practice for several years, it’s had many changes in clinical staff and whilst it can be frustrating for continuity of care it’s quite the ‘norm’ within general practice. What remains consistent and prompts me to write this review today is the high level of care and compassion provided by the admin team.

I believe often overlooked, I write to say thank you for always treating patients with dignity, respect and compassion!

You all work under difficult restraints to meet the needs of patients on a daily basis, to offer patients choice ana to manage patient expectations. I would like to say thank you for operating a practice that has clear policies and guidance to offer patient equity but also empowers staff to apply common sense... you are doing a fantastic job!! Well done keep it up!
