About: Bedford House Medical Centre

After having a referral letter sent to them for a toddler to see eye specialist it got filed away and was never done. Total neglect on their part. Complaint in progress.

I am sorry to see that you have found it necessary to post on here. As you have mentioned you have already contacted the practice directly regarding this matter and it would therefore not be appropriate to discuss this in a public forum.

I believe a response to your concerns has already been sent to yourself.

As advised in the response, if you would like to discuss the matter further i am happy to make arrangements for you to attend the practice to discuss it with one of the partners.
