My experience in dealing with Kingswood surgery has always been positive - I have no complaints.
Those who decide to spend time writing reports have mainly had a bad experience. I'm the exception as my experience has always been positive. Overwhelmingly these sort of generic reports permit the dissatisfied to air views publicly. Those who do not put 'pen to paper' are in the main satisfied.
I'm writing this to address this imbalance in reviews.
