"the best GP practice I had to deal with"

I always had a good experience with the practice as whole, in particular the reception staff. They Always took my call and dealt with my issues straight away. They arranged a telephone conversation with my GP within a couple of hours of my initial phone call. I work in the NHS myself and I'm very much aware of the problems with the system . I think the upper norwood group are doing a very good job considering the circumstances and we should all be grateful. Keep up the good work guys!
