I have just had my second total knee replacement. I need to start with theatre where I was cared for so well. Everything was explained and talked through in a nice calm atmosphere. The recovery unit was great. Good care and very friendly

From the minute I got to the ward they were brilliant. A lovely night nurse determined to get me on top of pain

Then nurses OTs and Physios determined to get me up and out

Home for me is the best place to recover but the whole Orthopaedic unit is really good
