"Reception"

Called to book appointment and greeted with nothing more than a grunt down the phone. Rude receptionist who was not helpful in the slightest when trying to book an appointment for my daughter. The surgery was improving but now just a mess. Lost prescriptions and receptionists who are not interested in booking appointments at all. They are always too busy gossiping about each other
