"Surgery opening and access not as advertised on..."

Had some tests baseline tests done at the request of the GP and waited a week as instructed.

Phoned on Wednesday afternoon to speak to someone about the results and the surgery was closed for staff training.

No mention of this on the website which says the surgery should be open.

Rang today (next day) in the morning and the recorded message says to call back between 2.30 and 5.30 to speak to someone about test results.

Rang back at 3pm and the recorded message now tells me the surgery is closed despite (again) the website saying it should be open.

For goodness sake update your website if you are closed so I don't waste my valuable time trying to contact you.

If, like today, you knew you were going to be closed in the afternoon then let me speak to someone in the morning about my test results.

Now I have to wait another day and what's to say you won't be closed again tomorrow?

You need to enable me to stay productive in my job so I can generate the taxes that keep your service afloat and service me, the customer, to a satisfactory standard.
