"Felt unwelcome General feeling that I was not..."

General feeling over the last few years I was not very much welcome. On a number of occasions prescriptions seem not to be ready or unable to see my own GP. Medical work was very good but the Reception was very caustic indeed.

I had heard other patients say the same, I have been considering leaving for at least a year. The last straw was loss of NHS Direct info sent to the Surgery last night or night before, Second occasion its has been lost.

Frankly I decided I had enough. I have enough to cope with health problems-brain tumour, stroke damage and more. I don't need more hassle.

We are disappointed that you feel you have not received the level of patient care you expected and have read your comment thoroughly.

At this point we are not sure what paperwork you are referring to when you say NHS Direct info, does this mean prescriptions or other medical information.

Any NHS patient information from outside of the practice is routinely sent to all practices electronically and directly into the practice IT systems.

As with all comments we feedback comments to our practice team at training days so we can continue to improve in the areas we need to, this include comments about Receptionists.

We welcome further communication from you so we can understand any possible system failure.

Once again, we are sorry you feel you have not received as good as possible patient service from Runnymede Medical Practice.
