I dislocated my shoulder 6 weeks ago while living in Northampton. Went a& e they put it back in. Week later went fracture clinic. They wanted me to have scans but as I was moving to Skegness I suggested I wait till I moved. Once I moved I got registered with local DRS. Within a week I'd had an x-ray at Skegness hospital. And an appointment with a specialist at pilgrim Boston. Told me clearly that I had a damaged tendons and a course of action. From the moment I booked in at Pilgrim to the time I left all staff was helpful and friendly. Most of all professional.
