I was admitted as an elective surgery patient to the Appleby suite and then ward A5 after surgery in May 2017. I had MPFL surgery on my left leg. I'm disabled and due to health complications & my disability I had to spent 6 weeks and 5 days on A5 and all I have to say is the staff were lovely very caring nothing was too much for them the care I had from them was amazing. I'm due to be re admitted on 17th December this year for the same operation on my right leg and will be in New Cross for Christmas. I hope I get the same ward again as it will be nice to see them all again as they made my stay last time very enjoyable. After I left New Cross I was transferred to Cannock Chace hospital Fairoak Ward for rehabilitation. I was there 6 weeks and 3 days and yet again my stay was 1 I will always remember lovely staff care and treatment. All in all I spent 92 days in RWT care as a patient last year and it will be roughly that again this year. I thank you for your time care and kindness . I look forward to seining you again in just over a weeks time.
"Very happy with RWH NHS Ward A5"
