About: Market Hill 8 to 8 Centre

I was told my daughter would get an urgent referral to the peadiatrition by email or fax the next working day. I rang the surgery that day to ask if the letter had been sent..

to be told the lady that deal with that wasn't in that day and would be done tomorrow. I said it was supposed to go today as urgent. The receptionist then told me to hold in a minute. Next thing the manager is on the phone. I explain the situation and she then tells e it's been faxed and sent already.

I then ring the paediatric secretary an hour later to see of the have received it. They tell me they with have a fab machine to start with and that they haven't received an email neither.

I'm disgusted that the manager told me they had sent the urgent letter about my daughter who I am ready concerned about.. hand in fact nothing has been done!!!!!
