"Fracture clinic waiting times"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Planned apt at fracture clinic, been waiting over three hours. Not one staff member has spoken to anyone in the waiting room to say how long we could’ be waiting.

As it’s now after hours, the door has been shut.

Communication is key to settling frustrated patients waiting for hours.

So disappointed at lack of communication from staff.
