"Outstandin"

I have thanked the wonderful and thoughtful care given by the receptionist, doctors, nurses, pharmacist and HCA overworked as they are. But even so giving excellent care. Always displaying empathy. I need also to thank all the staff at this surgery. Giving their best, despite stressful and constant strain of work. Meeting the understandable demands from patients as best they can. I am grateful even when priority demands mean I may have to wait my turn.
