As a healthcare professional in another part of the Country I can only commend this surgery and the staff there on their care and concern for patients.
Sadly over the past couple of months we have had to phone to request a home visit for an elderly and frail relative who has needed urgent care on two separate occasions- both times receptionists have been excellent, polite, concerned and helpful. On each occasion the GP has gone out to visit and taken the time to explain the outcome to both my relative and then again to myself to agree a way forwards.
The GPs consider the patient needs before deciding on next steps and have been supportive and thorough on each occasion and genuinely taken the time to ensure the patient felt cared for and supported.
