"The doctor"

I recently had the good fortune to be seen by a new face a the doctor who took time and effort to examine me thoroughly.

In twenty years I have never been treated better and only ever examined three times in my memory.

At reception the paperwork she gave me was said to be put on the wrong paper and needed changing.

I was called to hospital over an anticoagulant matter and told the blood test which the doctor asked for was evidence of further attention in this separate matter.

I have been waiting weeks for the results of the blood test which were to see if stomach bugs remain. I had treatment and if failing further treatment is said urgently required?

I would recommend the doctor but alas at reception I was told she was a locum
