On each visit my appointment was either on time or 5 minutes early, all staff were exceptionally kind and efficient despite being extremely busy.All procedures were explained clearly and choices given.The hospital was warm and clean and we were able to park easily even mid morning. I have nothing but praise for the whole experience and feel calm and confident about the operation to come.Thank you
