"Thanks for save my life"

I am 69 years retired man, registering the Lea Surgery more 15 years.

I am good health.

but at 17th November 2018, I go shopping,sunden lost consciousness,falling to the ground,

just a few seconds recovery. I think that maybe tired, do not pay attention.

when I go Lea Surgery, asking make appointment to see doctor.

the reception one lady, give me to see a GP.

This doctor is very good GP, have experience , send 24 hours ECG test,

after that, I was heart AV dissociation, need urgent treatment.

then I go to Emergency care of

Homerton hospital,

then I give heart operation at Barts heart center ----, Pacemaker implant procedure.

just 5 days in hospital, , I am fully restored to health. and discharge , back to my home.
