"More than pleased with the service"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as a service user),

Yesterday I went into Forth Valley Royal Hospital to have a procedure on a lesion on my right hand side knee. I'd just like to say the staff were very very pleasant, very very nice, I couldn't ask for any more. Any questions I had were answered, I was more than pleased with the service. David, Pamela and Maureen in the Ambulatory Care ward were very very good. The only problem was the parking!

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience.

As a team, we all try to keep a relaxed, informal atmosphere in the clinic which I am glad you appreciated.

Parking is an on-going issue which we have been aware of since the opening of the hospital and I can't see it improving any time soon. sorry.

Hopefully everything is proceeding as planned and you are healing nicely though,

I shall let Pamela and Maureen know they are appreciated.
