About: Heartlands Hospital / Colorectal surgery Solihull Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I had the assessment at Heartlands which was first class and the procedure

at Solihull which was also excellent.

All procedures were on time and the doctors, nurses and staff were excellent:good-humoured, polite and courteous and, although the procedure is not to be enjoyed  (but hardly unpleasant) they made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.
