I had two issues: allergies that was suffering every few days and did not know from what (had allergy test 2 years ago and it came negative).
Depression and suicidal thoughts
After having violent ex partner I got advise by Victim Support to make urgent appointment with GP and ask appointment with counselling.
Regarding allergies I showed photos to my GP and his comment was "what's the problem if they stop after taking anti allergy tablets". Yes, they do stop, but I wanted to know what's the course of getting them. I requested to get referral to allergy test.
GP agreed and told me that I will get letter in few days time.
Regarding counselling my GP told me that I will get letter in few days time as well.
Week after my appointment I called this practice to let them know that I did not get any letter so far. They told me that it will take up to two weeks.
Today I gave call again, since did not get any letter. Reception told me that my GP put on my file "allery tests 2 years ago came negative - no need of referral", so no letter supposed to reach me as I have been told before and regarding counselling I was told to do it myself online.
I feel very disappointed, since GP did not take my issues seriously as well as I was given different and wrong information by both receptionist and my GP.
"Disappointed with both reception and GP"
