On December 04th 2018 at 1415hrs I called Imagiing Services to inform them I could not make my appointment and would like to make another one, the individual I spoke was rude and stated “Oh great” in response.
She then began to question me as to why I could not make the appointment, which was of no relevance to her.
She told the list for the next appointment was very long and likely to be February, I said still would an appointment to which she said fine.
When I asked if I would contacted directly with a date, she said “no we’ll send a letter” in flippant manner. I replied that is contact so that’s fine, to which she retorted “contact means over the phone”.
I asked why she being so rude and she replied “thank you bye”.
This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
