About: North Manchester General Hospital

It is now almost 11pm and my elderly parents have been waiting for four hours in a&e but have not been seen despite being sent there by my mothers doctor due to internal bleeding! Unfortunately I do not live nearby. Absolutely shocking non-treatment of an elderly disabled lady.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. I was sorry to learn of your Mothers unsatisfactory experience within our A&E department. I hope I can assure you that the Trust strives to provide patients with excellent care and experience, so I am sorry that we have not achieved it for your Mother on this occasion.
