What I liked
I had to visit the acute clinic a series of times and each time the staff were polite, friendly and did their job efficiently. The doctors were all knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to know.
What could be improved
One of my appointments I did not receive information about and therefore missed. I also attended on a saturday morning and there were no reception staff that meant that if you needed to book another appointment in a short time it was a case of waiting for a phone call rather than being able to work the appointment around my work commitments.
