"Phone message"

About: Dr Dp Shah's Practice

(as the patient),

Called at 1 PM, got answerphone telling me to call when surgery is open but also telling me surgery is open from 8:30 am until six pm.. is not 1 pm within that time period? Cannot do anything with patient hub as somehow my details do not match...again..lol... How can I as a patient update my NHS records as they do not seem to be changed somewhere properly?

I am very sorry for the delay in responding to this comment.

I had responded via

Care Opinion and they were supposed to publish the response.

Today I received the most recent comment via NHS Choices and notice the response is not here

I have informed them today.

I am aware that our telephone message is not totally correct.

I apologise for this, my previous response was to explain that the surgery is physically open but the telephones are not available at lunchtime - there is a telephone answering service.

Your comment prompted the present message to be changed.

The order was made within a day or two of your comment and sent to the appropriate services.

However there have been delays due to their staff absence and the Bank Holiday period.

The new message is waiting to be put onto our system, but needs an engineer to do it.

I can assure that it will be changed in the near future, but as yet do not have a date for the installation.

Please accept my sincere apologies.
