"Appauling"

What could be improved

I am not happy. I had an operation a week ago on a stomache hernia. Since the op I had to go back into hospital after they released me as it kept bleeding. The nurse put a cover on top of the origional bandage.

I then had to go to A&E the next day as it started bleeding again and they covered it properly as they said Mount Vernon did it wrong.

Then I ring Mount Vernon to ask for more dressings as I have run out of the ones they gave me as it keeps bleeding and the guy on the phone in the mionor incidents department told me they dont give out dressings which I explained they do as I was given them after my op and told to call if I needed more. I told him this and he said I don't know, maybe you should go to Boots but we cant give you any!

I will deffinately be putting in a formal complaint about this.
