"Staff on reception so rude and unprofessional"

I approached the staff on reception at Bolton one this morning at 9am they were busy chatting to each other about their home life and social life ! I was in a rush s I was picking my friend up after his appointment and I did not know what floor his appointment was ! I knew it was orthopaedics, I waited in front of the 2 staff who saw me and ignored me and carried on talking amongst themselves ! I decided to find my own way to the lift as I noticed by my self that orthopaedics was first floor ! Suddenly I was loudly shouted at by the staff saying where do you think your going ! I then said orthopaedics and said I did first approach both of you but you were to busy talking bout your social lives ! I was then told 1st floor in a snotty voice . I’m not to happy on the way I’ve been dealt with and a little bit of respect and courtesy from the reception staff wouldn’t go a miss.
