My doctor sent me for an x ray on my knee. No booking service just turn up and wait. Doctor suggested I took a book. Arrived in the x ray department at 1000. Waiting outside for a bus 15 minutes later. Only read half a page. Perhaps I was lucky but today it was better than excellent
