What I liked

I have now had 3 surgeries for my R foot/ankle and feel as though I have become a member of the orthopaedic services family! The consultant is amazing and has helped me with a condition that is congenital and difficult to treat. He is very skilled, explains everything to me, is understanding of my fears and needs and has a wonderful sense of humour. His team, including HCA's, cast technicians and nurses are exemplarary and can't be faulted.

What could be improved

I had pre-op tests done, and it would be nice to be given an estimate of how long the wait is for surgery.
